Be respectful with each other. Remember that you are not the only one at the gym and that you share it along with many others that visit there for different purposes related to their body physique. Make sure that you share the equipment fairly. Even when you are engaging in barre exercises, make sure that you do not exceed the time limit and keep everyone else waiting, for you need to maintain good gym etiquette and learn to maintain good relationships.
The most important factor is that you need to enjoy what you are doing. If you do not like the method of achieving good health through gym, then do not hesitate to turn to other methods like jugging, yoga or dancing.
